Anthony Lucacio, CIC
President & Commercial Accounts
Tony has been with Merrimack Valley Insurance Agency since 1984. Starting as part-time summer help filing client reports, he learned from other agency personnel what it takes to run a service organization. In 1991 he began managing the agency until purchasing the company in 2000. His background is in marketing and commercial sales and is responsible for the day to day operation of the agency. Tony earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Lowell in 1985. He has been a Certified Insurance Counselor since 1998.
Lauren Hennessey, CISR
Personal Insurance Manager / Office Manager
We are proud that Lauren has been with Merrimack Valley Insurance Agency since 1991. Starting as a Service Representative, she now directly manages a staff of five and is responsible for oversight of all personal lines issues. Her extensive knowledge of automobile insurance and knack for streamlining workflows make her appreciated by agency clients that recognize the value of having something done correctly the first time. Lauren has attained her designation as a Certified Insurance Services Representative. Dealing with everyday difficult issues and being a liason with insurance carriers make up a good part of Lauren's day.

Lillian is the office "people person". Everyday she brings the attitude of wanting to help someone and by doing so helps our organization grow. Her extensive knowledge of auto and home insurance greatly helps in her delivering outstanding service each day. You won't find another person to make you laugh so much, but takes seriously her role of taking care of her clients.
Lorraine "Lorrie" Donovan
Director of First Impressions
Lorraine Donovan, (aka Lorrie) greets every visitor to our office with a wide smile and a great attitude. That same attitude and pleasantness also shine through on the telephone when she is helping clients with billing questions, or generally pointing them in the right direction. Lorrie worked for the United States Government, Treasury Department, retiring early in 2007 after 35 years. She is the mother of two, a daughter; also with the United States Government living in Fitchburg and a son who is a Computer Technician, also a Billerica resident. Lorrie grew up in Medford, but moved to Billerica in 1966.
She like gardening, long walks, reading and numerous crafts. Lorraine likes family gatherings and loves to cook for them, especially fancy deserts. She loves the outdoors and the wildlife inhabitants who frequent her property. She also likes gardening, long walks, reading, and numerous crafts.

Sarah also joined us in 2008. She learned much about working with personal insurance while working with a very large agency with many hard to place risks. Sarah quickly became the "go to" person for the toughest cases and she always proved up to the task
She has a great attitude and lots of energy that is evident with every task she takes on. Every client leaves knowing that Sarah will follow up on their issue and see it to completion.

Deb joined our team in January 2012. She comes to Merrimack Valley Insurance Agency with over 22 years commercial insurance experience. She holds a MA broker license as well as INS & AAI insurance designations. She loves keeping up with insurance education. Deb is real task oriented and takes the initiative to go the extra mile to get things done.
Deb spends most weekends as a volunteer & coordinator for FelineFriendsNH caring for cats & kittens in need of homes.

Maureen is joined our team after relocating to our area in May 2012. She comes to us from a large agency in Worcester but very much enjoys the sense of community felt within a smaller agency.
She’s quick to make you feel at home with her sense of humor along with making you confident that whatever issues you have will quickly be resolved.
Maureen looks forward to meeting all of our clients and giving them the great service they deserve.
Commercial Account Executive
Matt Forti joined our team in December of 2012 bringing experience from real estate and facilities management. Matt concentrates his effort on providing solutions for commercial clients and enjoys being the “go to” person for problem solving. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Lowell in 2007.
Matt is very active in the local community. He is a member of Billerica Access television and Co-Produces the award winning cable access program "Eye on Billerica." Matt is also Vice Chairman of the Billerica Holiday Festival, the non-profit organization charged with lighting the common and numerous other events in Billerica during the holiday season. He spends his free time maintaining his investment property and is currently writing a book on alternative health.
